MA program will be one of the first graduate programs in animal studies in the world. I hope that they can take away an appreciation for why animals and the environment matter. I think that a lot of people, when they think about this type of information can have a tendency to either be overly optimistic or overly pessimistic. And I think the reality is that there are opportunities to make the world a better place and mitigate some of these harms. I spend a lot of time working, but I also like doing fun creative projects improv comedy and hip hop.
