Cayce would say dreams can give you insights into your physical health, your emotions, and your spirituality. Your dreams have your best interests at heart. They come from your Higher Self, your spiritual self. Cayce would say that people are always trying to get guidance, and that the subconscious mind, the superconscious mind is trying to give you guidance. All you have to do is watch your dreams. I think dreams can give us insight into things we need to work on for our own growth and development. We might get insight into things only our Divine Self knows about.
