In today’s news, Qatar Charity strengthens food security efforts in northern Syria, shift to plant-based diet recommended by European Environment Agency, Canadian researchers discover mindfulness training benefits mental health, spent shipping containers repurposed into homes to alleviate housing crisis in Ghana, United States rescue workers save three men stranded on island in Federated States of Micronesia, UK-based VFC launches vegan popcorn chicken and vegan chicken fingers in Spain, and state’s largest-ever conservation effort in Georgia, USA, saves endangered sea turtle-folk.

As a loving dog-person owner, I know you care deeply for your good friend’s well-being, so I have some tips for you. You may have noticed dog-people sometimes make noises like barking, whimpering, whining, or growling to communicate their needs. However, they also use body language, so learn to pay attention to your individual’s non-vocal cues. Excessive yawning, wider and slower than sleepy yawns, may indicate stress. Dog-people use these yawns to self-regulate when feeling anxious or threatened. If you observe your companion scooting on the floor, it could signal gland issues. Tail-chasing may indicate a lack of mental or physical stimulation. Excessive licking, especially leading to hair loss or skin redness, calls for medical attention as it could indicate underlying health concerns. Stay vigilant and consult your veterinarian if you notice any unusual behaviors in your furry friend.

Now, it’s time to step on the hilarity pathway and enjoy the company of the joke of the day. It’s called “First Time Driving Alone.”

A teenager was bragging to his friends about his first time driving alone.

“It was amazing! I felt so free like I could go anywhere!”

One friend asks:

“Did you even know where you were going?”

“Sure! I followed the directions on the GPS... until a squirrel-person ran across the street, and I swerved to avoid him. Then I got lost for two hours.”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Ruth in the United States
