Today, I have some helpful meditation tips from Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan)

The student asked the Zen master:
“Master, what happens after death?”
“I don’t know.”
“How can you not know? You are a Zen master.”
“Yes, but I’m not a dead one.”

Good day, everybody, I am sharing one of my inner visions. Thank Master. During my meditation, I woke up in an entrance hall of a big house with many sunlit rooms. Immediately, it became clear to me that it was a different land on another physical planet. Everything was solid, just like here, but cleaner and more beautiful. And there was only one key for all the doors of the whole City. The key was kind of a fun thing. They barely use it because they don’t actually need it. Doors could be left open or closed; they don’t really care. Therefore, they don’t know words like “thief,” “police,” “take away” or “borrow”... etc. Many words they don’t know because they just don’t need them.
A beautiful lady came down the stairs in the hall. She had long brown hair, just like us. I was standing there, but she had absolutely no fear and mistrust or something like that. I went out and saw the village, which looked like a beautiful sunlit suburban valley. The woods and nature were so astonishingly similar to the Earth. Then, it was so clear to me that they were all vegan. They even don’t need to eat anything solid. They would charge themselves under this astonishing bright sunlight. I felt such a peaceful atmosphere there, full of contentment, happiness, and joyful living. Now, just imagine it. How great would it be to live there? Well, just be vegan and you’ll get it. Even here on Earth, you can make it like this planet.
